Healthy steamed shabu-shabu with plenty of vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 300-400g pork belly
- 1 bag of bean sprouts
- 1/4 Chinese cabbage
- 1 bag of enoki mushrooms
- 1/3 carrot
- 1 tablespoon sake
- A pinch of salt
- Chopped green onions (as needed)
- Ponzu or other sauce of your choice, as needed
How to make it

Cut the pork and Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Cut the carrots into strips.

Spread the bean sprouts on a plate, then top with Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, carrots and pork, sprinkle lightly with salt and pour over with sake.

Add 10ml of water to the water inlet, close the lid, set the temperature to 180°C, and heat for 10 minutes.

Once the pork is cooked, keep it warm and sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Serve with ponzu or other sauce.
