材料 For about 2 people

Water 200ml
White wine (or sake) 1 tablespoon
Onion 50g
Minced chicken 80g
Mushrooms 75g
Celery 20g
White stew roux 35g
1/2 small dried oregano (optional) 1/2 small dried oregano (optional)
Salt and pepper a little

作り方

  • Step1

    Cut the onion and celery into 2cm cubes and cut the mushrooms in half.
  • Step2

    Place ingredients in the container in the order listed
  • Step3
