Juicy and plump hamburger steak with colorful vegetables

| Ground beef | 500g |

| Salt | 1 teaspoon |
| Onion | 1 (200g) |
| Salad oil | 1 teaspoon |
| 1 cup (40g) fresh breadcrumbs | 1 cup (40g) fresh breadcrumbs |

| Egg | 1 (large size) |
| Pepper | a little |
| Nutmeg | a little |
| Fresh rosemary | as desired |

Step1
Finely chop the onion and place in a heat-resistant container. Add salad oil and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave (600W) for 3 minutes, then remove and set aside. Once cooled, add the breadcrumbs and milk and mix. -

Preheat the hot plate to 160°C. -
Step3
Put the ground meat and salt in a bowl and mix. When it becomes sticky, add the eggs, pepper, nutmeg, the onion from (1), the fresh breadcrumbs, and the milk and mix thoroughly. Divide it into 4 equal parts and shape into ovals, removing any air. -

Arrange the filling from (3) on a preheated plate, and simultaneously increase the temperature to 180°C and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown, then flip over. Once the other side is golden brown, add 10ml of water and cover. -

Put it on keep warm mode and leave it for about 6 minutes. If you insert a bamboo skewer into the center and clear juice comes out, it's done. Remove to a serving dish. -

[Side dishes] Wipe off any dirt from the plate and preheat to 160°C. When the light goes out, spread a little salad oil (not included in the recipe), add the purple onion, peppers, and potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with a little salt (not included in the recipe), add 10ml of water, cover, and heat for about 5 minutes. Once cooked through, add the parboiled broccoli and asparagus and heat gently. Return the hamburger steak removed in (5) and garnish with rosemary to taste.
