Healthy steamed shabu-shabu with plenty of vegetables

材料 For 4 people

Pork belly 300-400g
Bean sprouts 1 bag
Chinese cabbage 1/4 piece
Enoki mushrooms 1 bag
Carrot 1/3
Salt a little
Chopped green onions appropriate amount
Ponzu or other sauce of your choice appropriate amount

作り方

  • Step1

    Cut the pork and Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Cut the carrots into strips.
  • Step2

    Spread the bean sprouts on a plate, then top with Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, carrots, and pork. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pour over the sake.
  • Step3

    Add 10ml of water to the water inlet, cover, set to 180°C, and heat for 10 minutes.
  • Step4

    Once the pork is cooked through, keep it warm and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve with ponzu or other sauce.
