Healthy steamed shabu-shabu with plenty of vegetables

材料 For 4 people
| Pork belly | 300-400g |
|---|---|
| Bean sprouts | 1 bag |
| Chinese cabbage | 1/4 piece |
| Enoki mushrooms | 1 bag |
| Carrot | 1/3 |
| Salt | a little |
| Chopped green onions | appropriate amount |
| Ponzu or other sauce of your choice | appropriate amount |

Step1
Cut the pork and Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Cut the carrots into strips. -
Step2
Spread the bean sprouts on a plate, then top with Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, carrots, and pork. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pour over the sake. -
Step3
Add 10ml of water to the water inlet, cover, set to 180°C, and heat for 10 minutes. -
Step4
Once the pork is cooked through, keep it warm and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve with ponzu or other sauce.
