Salty fried noodles with chewy seafood

Ingredients for 4 servings
- Seafood mix 200g
- 200g cabbage
- 1/2 onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1/2 bunch of Chinese chives
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 servings of yakisoba noodles

- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock (granules)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
How to make it

Thaw the seafood mix in 2% salt water and drain in a colander. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the onion lengthwise, thinly slice the bell pepper, julienne the ginger, and cut the Chinese chives into 5cm pieces. Mix [A] together.

Preheat the hot plate to 180°C.

Spread the vegetables and seafood mix (except for the chives) on a plate, drizzle half the sesame oil over it, place the yakisoba noodles on top, add 10ml of water, cover, and heat for about 8 minutes.

Mix everything together, then add [A], the Chinese chives, and the remaining sesame oil, stir fry, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's done. Switch to keep warm mode.
