Wipe off any dirt from the plate and preheat to 160°C. When the light goes out, spread a little salad oil (not included in the recipe), add the purple onion, peppers, and potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle on a little salt (not included in the recipe), add 10 ml of water, cover, and heat for about 5 minutes. Once cooked, add the parboiled broccoli and asparagus and heat gently. Return the hamburger steak removed in (5) to the pot and garnish with rosemary if desired.
